Par 3 West ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. We want every visit to Par 3 West to be fun, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. Please help us by following these simple guidelines:
- All members of Par 3 West are required to keep a valid credit card on file at all times.
- Respect fellow golfers, staff, and the course at all times.
- Repair ball marks, fill divots, and rake bunkers when applicable.
- Keep pace with the group in front of you. Faster groups should be allowed to play through when appropriate.
- No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted on the property.
- Appropriate golf attire is required. Shirts and shoes must be worn.
- Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult.
- Golf carts and rovers must be operated responsibly and only in designated areas. The minimum age for driving the golf carts is 15 and only 2 persons may ride on the carts at a time unless otherwise specified by our staff.
- Simulator users are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or reckless behavior. They will also be asked to replace equipment should it be broken or stolen during their reserved time.
- Only the player hitting should be inside the simulator hitting area. Spectators should remain off of the turf and behind the safety line.
- No food or drinks on the simulator turf or hitting mats.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove anyone whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or damaging to the facility.
- We require our driving range golfers to be aware of any golfers that may be in their range. We ask that golfers wait until everyone has safely cleared from the area as to avoid any injury. In the event that a ball flies toward or near golfers on the course, yell "FORE!" to alert them to pay attention.
- In addtion to the above policy, we have posted warnings from the 9th Hole Tee Box, Fairway, and Green to stay out of the Driving Range Area as this would be considered out of bounds. Golfers are responsible for their own safety when on the course.
