Par 3 West Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership Types & Payment
Annual memberships are paid in full at enrollment and are non-refundable. Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring basis. All memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.

Payment Method & Contact Information

Members must maintain a valid payment method on file for recurring billing and keep all contact information current. Failed payments may result in suspension of membership privileges until the account is brought current.

Access, Benefits, & Accessibility

Membership benefits are defined by the selected tier. Access is subject to availability, maintenance, events, and operating hours. Par 3 West may modify hours, benefits, rules, or availability as needed.

Conduct, Damage & Liability
Members agree to follow all posted rules and assume responsibility for their conduct. Members are financially responsible for damage caused by negligence or misuse. Golf-related activities involve inherent risk, and the member assumes all such risks. A signed waiver is required.

Pricing, Refunds & Governing Law
Monthly rates may change with 30 days’ notice. Annual memberships renew at the current rate. No refunds for unused time, missed bookings, or inactivity. This agreement is governed by South Carolina law.

Reservations, No-Shows & Abuse
Reservations are subject to posted booking policies. No-shows, late cancellations, or abuse of booking privileges may result in fees, restrictions, or membership cancellation.

Outside Alcohol Policy
To comply with licensing requirements, outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Members are responsible for ensuring their guests also comply with this policy. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges without refund.

Cancellation Policy
Annual memberships may not be canceled early and will be renewed per the member's request at the current annual rate. Par Three West may cancel a membership for policy violations.

Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Terms
By initialing below, Member affirms that they have had a reasonable opportunity to review this Membership Agreement, that they understand its terms, and that they voluntarily agree to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein, whether or not each individual provision was separately initialed.

1. Changes to This Policy
   We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above.
